## The short answer

HomoDeus does not bill by the hour. Each engagement is one production system priced as one fee, agreed before any code is written, against one KPI in the client's own terms: hours per onboarding, due diligence turnaround, complaints per month, share of requests answered without a person. If the system does not reach the agreed target inside the agreed window, the client pays nothing.
