HomoDeus MCPAgent gateway, company memory and agent team A fraction to the whole company

Each agent used to see one inbox, and now every agent reads the whole company, acts through it, and works with the rest.

The ask

HomoDeus installs agents inside companies, and the first company was our own. Every agent started with its own keys and one corner of the data: one inbox, one chat, one export from the CRM. No agent held the whole story of a client, and each one worked alone. We wanted one place where any agent could learn everything the company knows, and a way for the agents to work as one team.

Every agent started with a fraction of the company.

The scatter

Mail sat in seventeen inboxes. Clients wrote on WhatsApp, calls sat in two recorders, deals sat in a CRM that was often wrong, and the money sat in banks and invoices. An agent that wanted the story of one client stitched it together by hand and missed every piece it could not reach.

The deeper loss

The real cost was trust. Two agents asked the same question gave two answers. Calls filed under a project codename belonged to no client at all. The CRM showed nine lost deals, and every one of them was a duplicate record. Nobody could say which answer was true.

The body reaches every system through one door.

One door

Mail in seventeen inboxes, the calendars, WhatsApp, Slack, the CRM, the call recorders, the drive, Notion, the banks, the code and the deploys sit behind one gateway, more than four hundred tools in all. The keys stay on the server. Each agent signs in as the person it works for and sees what that person may see. It asks for a job in plain words, and the gateway finds the tool.

Every call, written down

A recorder joins each sales call, and the transcript goes into the company's memory. A model reads it for the client, the kind of call and the date, and quotes the line it read each one from. During a live call, an agent reads the transcript as the client speaks.

Deals that open themselves

When a call brings a new company, the CRM opens the deal by itself, with the company, the people and the call attached. When a call belongs to a deal that exists, it joins that deal. A match the model is unsure of waits for a person, and every decision goes to an audit trail.

All the money

The Brazilian bank, the US bank, Stripe, the invoices and the accountant read through the same door. Every commitment is read from its source with the exact line, and the cash ahead runs through 2,000 simulated paths, so the founder sees the odds of running short before it happens.

Every document

Contracts, proposals, decks and spreadsheets on the drive, in Notion and in mail attachments answer in one search, with the passage behind the answer.

The brain remembers everything and proves what it says.

The memory

A brain of 100,880 pages holds the company's mail, chats, 2,555 call transcripts, notes, projects and code. A question in plain words searches all of it at once.

The client timeline

Every email, call, meeting, message, invoice and payment lands on the timeline of the client it belongs to, in order. An agent reads a client's whole story in one call, from the first message to yesterday's meeting.

Clean before it counts

A name never decides alone. Each record goes to its client on the strongest evidence first: the CRM link, then the address, the domain, the phone, and the name last. A doubtful match waits for a person. Duplicates merge, and team chats stay off client timelines. Replayed against every call a person had filed by hand, it put none on the wrong client.

A truth with its source

Above the raw data sits one truth: a graph of every client, deal, person and commitment. Each fact keeps the passage it came from and the dates it held. When the CRM and the calls disagree on a deal, the conflict is flagged with both sources in view. A source that fails to read is marked unread, never counted as empty. When the bank feed filed card payments as investments, the truth read the bank's own statement and corrected the balance.

Every fact carries the line it came from.

The heart keeps every agent working as one team.

Agents that talk

Agents see who is online and what each one is on, message each other, and hand a task to the agent that has the access it lacks. One agent asked another for the state of a deal and had the answer, with the deal and its stage, in about a minute. When one agent learns a better way to do a job, it becomes a skill every agent can use.

Swarms

A goal too big for one agent opens a swarm: a private room where agents join, say what they are about to touch, and see a conflict before they collide. Work sits on a shared board, and a task an agent drops goes back to the queue by itself.

A person signs

Reading is open to every agent. Every send, payment and change to a client's systems waits for a person to approve it. Every call through the gateway is logged with the name of who made it, and one switch stops every agent at once.

From agents that each saw one inbox to a team that shares one body, one brain and one heart.

Every agent at HomoDeus starts from everything the company knows: each client's whole story, in order, cleaned, with the source behind every fact. Calls become deals, the money is read to the line, and the agents hand work to each other. Every job one agent learns makes every other agent better at it.
