### The ask

Cymaco Engenharia builds. For any one project, the real financial picture, what was budgeted, committed, spent and invoiced, was scattered across purchasing approvals, the finance system, a pile of tax documents and bank statements, and a spreadsheet. Nobody could see it in one place.

## The money was true in five places and whole in none.

### The gap

A purchase lived in one system, its payment in another, and the tax document behind it in a folder, with nothing tying the three together. Someone matched them by hand.

### The vocabulary

Even the words the company ran its money on lived only in spreadsheets and in people's heads.

## Every tax document is matched to the payment it belongs to.

### It reads the paper

The agent takes in every invoice, receipt and bank statement, reads the scanned ones, and ties each one to the purchase and the payment it belongs to, on its own.

### To the cent

The numbers reconcile exactly, so what a project budgeted, committed, spent and invoiced finally sits side by side in one place.

“That is exactly it. [...] The number of purchases already made, the lowest price, that is it, it is perfect. Exactly what I wanted.” Purchasing team, Cymaco Engenharia.

The three systems stay where they are. The single clear view is new.

## One picture in place of three systems and a spreadsheet.

“That's a good thing too: when I update the service catalog, all these prices update straight away.” Budgeting, Cymaco Engenharia.

## Outcome

Each project now carries its own timeline and cash curve built from real due dates, every tax document sitting against the payment it belongs to. Money going over budget is caught while it can still be stopped, not found in the spreadsheet months later.
