# Cascione partners get a daily cited client brief without typing into a CRM

_GrowthOS reads the work partners already do and turns it into pipeline intelligence, with every AI suggestion citing its source._

## The client

Cascione is a leading Sao Paulo law firm. Partners will not maintain a CRM by hand. Previous attempts left stale databases, and business development had no reliable read on the pipeline. HomoDeus announced the partnership on 1 September 2026; GrowthOS is the commercial operating system it built and runs for the firm.

## The problem

Client knowledge lived in calendars, inboxes, meeting recordings, the matter system and BD spreadsheets, none of it consolidated. One hallucinated suggestion to a senior partner would end adoption permanently, so trust had to be engineered in, not assumed. Law firm data also carries ethical walls and permission rules that most retrieval systems ignore.

## What we built

GrowthOS assembles a daily Partner Brief, designed to be read in five minutes, from the work partners already do. Every AI artifact carries citations to real source records, with tamper detection on the evidence. Agents suggest, humans approve, and only governed services write data. Permission checks run before any retrieval, including vector search, so ethical walls hold. The audit log is immutable at the database level, and AI accuracy is measured on real Portuguese legal language before any suggestion reaches a partner.

## Key outcome

Business development gets pipeline signal from work that was already happening instead of from data entry nobody does. Partners get their client picture without changing how they work. Around the brief, the same platform routes inbound requests with a citation gate, imports LinkedIn activity, tracks proposals and follow-ups, and reports conversion, so the whole commercial operation runs on one record without anyone feeding it by hand. An inbound request can arrive as a WhatsApp voice note: the intake agent transcribes it, qualifies the lead, finds the people named on LinkedIn and files the company under the name it is registered with, so the same client is never created twice. The firm's TOTVS Protheus, with 3,300 clients and their receivables, is being wired in as a daily outbound push from the firm's own server rather than an inbound connection into the ERP.

## Questions buyers ask

### How do you get pipeline data from partners who will not type into a CRM?

By not asking them to. GrowthOS reads the work partners already do, calendars, inboxes, meeting recordings, the matter system and BD spreadsheets, and assembles a daily Partner Brief designed to be read in five minutes. Nobody types anything.

### How does a law firm keep ethical walls intact inside an AI system?

Permission checks run before any retrieval, including vector search, so ethical walls hold at the query layer. Every AI artifact carries citations to real source records with tamper detection, agents suggest and humans approve, and the audit log is immutable at the database level.

### Is GrowthOS a CRM?

It replaces the data entry a CRM needs, not the record. The record is built from calendars, inboxes, meeting recordings, the matter system and LinkedIn, and the firm reads it as a daily brief, a pipeline and conversion reports. Nothing is typed in by a partner.
